Refund Policy

Refunds are available for duplicate charges and clearly defective paid placements where no impressions or service delivery occurred due to our fault. Once a paid placement (e.g., Premium, VIP, Bump) is delivered or a PRO feature is consumed, refunds are not available.

Requests: within 14 days of purchase at admin@thebusiness.ca. We may request logs or screenshots to assess eligibility.
